TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed (we're usually much faster). We dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

We do not record any payment information as all orders are processed through Paypal and Stripe. 

On receiving an order from you we may send, from time to time, an email with our latest offers. You can unsubscribe from any emails at your time of ordering

Placing an order

Once you place your order you should receive an email confirmation from us and we'll get cracking on dispatching your order within 2 days.

Delivery

We are only able to supply to UK addresses at this time and use a standard 2 day shipping rate on all orders. If you need something urgently please contact us at barl@lovedogco.uk.

Refillable orders are sent out first class large letter by Royal Mail, all other orders are sent out via Evri or Yodel to keep costs down

All of our packaging is either recycled or can be recycled and because of this may not look picture perfect every time but we believe that being eco friendly is more important that being perfect!

Returns and refunds

Should any product purchased from Love Dog Co be found to be faulty or damaged in transit, we will be pleased to arrange a refund or replace the product. When claiming for damaged items, please ensure that the damaged goods and packaging are kept in the condition they were in at delivery in case inspection is needed. Where damage inspection is needed for perishable goods, please take and keep a photograph at the time of arrival for inspection. 

Damaged in transit returns should be notified to Love Dog Co within 48 hours.
