How much is delivery?

Delivery is £1.95 for baskets totalling to 250g (single refills) via Royal Mail and £3.95 for all other baskets

What delivery method does Ruff and Tumble use?

We use Royal Mail for all baskets totalling 250g and either DPD or Evri for all other parcels

International Orders

We regret we are unable to ship overseas at this current time

Delivering to your address

Please supply a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the courier calls, they will leave a card. You can collect your goods from your local branch or arrange a redelivery.

Returns

If you are not happy with your order, we exchange your order or give you a full money back, no quibble, guarantee on all our products.

We are a small business and want our customers to be happy, so if it’s a genuine problem, we will resolve it.

If you do need to return any products to us, please quote your original order number, found on your confirmation email and the receipt, stating the reason for return.
